PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM

1. Participant must have a valid authorized business license.

2. A copy of valid VAT Certificate. (Por Por 20/ ภพ. 20)

3. Apply Online at:

   Application Period: 25 November – 9 December 2024

4. The application fee is 30,000 THB per 1 company with a maximum of 1 participant.

(Those who won the “Thailand Tourism Awards 2023” will get 50% off. We have limited this offer to only 3 companies based on first-come-first-served basis.)

5. All participants must attend the event in all cities.

6. The application is first-come-first-served by payment. 

(However, please DO NOT pay until you receive the email from TAT asking for a payment)

7. The application deadline is on 9 December 2024. However, TAT reserves the right to end the application process when the space is fully booked.

8. No change in company name or participant's name after 15 December 2024.

9. We only accept 20 companies for this event.

TAT does not assume and expressly disclaims any liability direct or indirect to you or any person for your health and wellness. Which occurs from COVID-19 or any infection diseases, or any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance or incidental accidents. We disclaim any responsibilities for diagnosis and medical care expenses or any expense for health treatments.

10. TAT reserves the right to consider companies whose products suit Canadian and American market preference.

11. Participant should have any sustainable management program in the properties, CSR project, or received at least one of these certificates or awards during 2017 to present for example: CF-Hotels, TAT STAR Program, Green Leaf Hotel, No Single Used Plastic Hotel, Thailand Tourism Awards, etc. Please submit relevant evidence when signing up for the event.

How to register:

(The application form will be activated on Monday 25 November, 2024 at 10.00 hrs.)

   - Wait for an email from TAT

2. Kindly upload the mentioned pieces of evidence when submit the application form. 

Once the application form and documents have been submitted and got verified by TAT staff, you will be receiving the payment detail via email. Please proceed with the payment within 7 working days. Do not transfer the application fee without a confirmation from TAT.

3. Once you have paid the application fee, please submit evidence of payment to TAT by email via [email protected]

Please kindly be informed that the bill payment and receipt will be issued to the address listed on your VAT registration form (Por Por 20) ONLY.

4. The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.
