         1.      Event Title: Amazing Thailand The America  LGBTQ+ Trade Meet 2025

         2.      Event Date and Time: February 11, 2025 (13:00 – 21:00 GMT+7)

         3.      Event Location: House on Sathorn, W Bangkok Hotel https://g.co/kgs/BtDrPfL

       4.     About the event: A global gathering of 20 international buyers from the Americas will converge with 20 Thai sellers at the Amazing Thailand LGBTQ+ Trade Meet 2025 on February 11th, 2025, at House on Sathorn, W Bangkok Hotel, promising over 625 valuable business connections.

        5.     Target Audience & Participation Fee:        10,000 THB for 2 participants/ company (1 Sale & 1 Marcom)

           6.      Sellers qualification:

·       The company has a valid business license (รร. 2 for hotel and TAT licenses for DMC). (DBD and PP20 are not eligible).

·       The company’s sustainable certificates and/or awards include the Thailand Tourism Awards (2023), TAT Star, CF Hotels, Travel Life, Green Hotel, Green Leaf Hotel, Booking.com badge, no single-use plastic hotel etc

         7.       Application Period: Jan 10-17, 2025 (10.00 AM GMT+7)

           8.      Application Conditions :

·       All sections of this application form must be completed (Login to your TTVM account and select join now).

·     For the Amazing Thailand LGBTQ+ Trade Meet 2025, the reserved space for the Thailand Stand will be able to accommodate 10 companies. (Remark: 10 more companies are co-sponsors/ co-partners with TAT)

·       No more than TWO participants from each company (1 Sale & 1 Marcom).

·       All participants will travel at their own expense (air ticket, accommodation, transportation etc.)

·       All sections of this application form must be completed.

·    A tourist business license or hotel business license must be submitted to complete the application process before the status will be confirmed.

·    The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-serve basis and will only be considered complete when the participation fee is paid.

·       The application deadline is Jan 17, 2025. However, TAT reserves the right to end the application process when the space is fully booked.

·       No refund of participation fees and no change of the participant’s name after Jan 24, 2025.

·   Please note that the provided information will be treated as confidential and is used for internal reference ONLY.

9.   Documents to be submitted:

·       Completed online application form.

·       Tourist business license or hotel business license.

·       Prove of payment to TAT.
