organize Amazing Thailand & Pattaya Roadshow to Vietnam 2025

Application Period: 13.00 Hrs. Thursday 9^th January 2025 – Friday 28^th February 2025

1. Ho Chi Minh City, on Tuesday 25^th March 2025

2. Danang City, on Thursday 27^th March 2025

Participation Fee: 22,000 THB net (2 participants / 1 company)

* Participants must join 2 cities (Ho Chi Minh and Danang)

* Participants will be responsible for their own travel expenses

* The price includes translators 

Special Remark: 

Thai suppliers from TAT 20 companies and from Pattaya City 20 Companies 

1. Ho Chi Minh City, on Tuesday 25^th March 2025 

   - Vietnam buyers 35-40 companies (minimum 40 attendees)

2. Danang City, on Thursday 27^th March 2025

  -  Vietnam buyers 25-30 companies (minimum 30 attendees)

Application Conditions:

1.              Participants must join 2 cities (Ho Chi Minh and Danang)

2.              This event can accommodate from TAT side up to 20 companies
(2 participants per 1 company)

3.              DMC and tour operators will be considering as first priority and TAT reserves the right to consider companies whose products suit the Vietnam market preference.

4.              Participants who received awards at the 14th Thailand Tourism Awards (Thailand Tourism Awards 2023) will receive a 50% discount on the application fee:  11,000 THB /company.

 (Limit 2 companies only for receiving 50% discount and strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis)

5.              The Thai sellers please provide the following documents in the application form:

a.      Copy of a valid business license for DMCs, attractions, or hotel license for hotels/resorts.

b.      Copy of VAT Certificate (Por Por 20)

Note: To be verified, you must have all mentioned (a-b) evidence.

6.              The application fee is not included travel expense. The delegate will be responsible for their own travel expenses.

7.              The registration fee is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE for any cancellation. (including any cause of travel rejection)

We disclaim any responsibilities for diagnosis and medical care expenses, or any expenses for health treatments.

All sections of this application form must be completed as following

   - Login to your Thai Travel Mart account

   - Go to the "Event" page

   - Select " Amazing Thailand Roadshow to Vietnam 2025 Event"

   - Select "Join Now" (The Button will appear on Thursday 9 January 2025,
13.00 AM onward)

   - Wait for a TAT verification email 

1.      Once your application is verified by TAT, we will email official confirmation payment details.

Please proceed with the payment within 10 days and kindly submit the payment proof by replying to e-mail: [email protected]

If you fail to do so, we will consider the next application.

2.       The application for Thai sellers’ period: Thursday 9th January 2025 – Friday 28th February 2025

*Please do not proceed any payment if you have not received an official confirmation e-mail from Tourism Authority of Thailand

3.       The application will only be considered complete when the participation fee is paid.

5.   The online application will close on Friday 28 February 2025. However, TAT reserves the right to close the application before the mentioned date once the space is fully booked.

6.   A change of delegate (if any) is not allowed after 28 February 2025.
