         I.            All sections of this application form must be completed. 
(Login to your TTVM account, choose the event and select “Join Now” on the event page) 

        II.            The selected Sellers will receive a confirmation email together with an attachment of an invoice via your registered e-mail. 

       III.            Payment must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the invoice. Participants must submit proof of payment, along with your company's Tax ID and address for receipt issuance, to [email protected] (TAT will consider the next application if the applicant cannot make the payment by the 7-day deadline.)

APPLICATION FEE: 

- THB 20,000 each per company for Tokyo and Nagoya. 

- THB 5,000 per company for Fukuoka (Optional add-on). 
Maximum of two (2) delegates per company 

Terms & Conditions: 

1.       The application fee is Non-Refundable for any cancellation. (Including any cause of travel rejection.) 

2.       Change of delegate’s name is prohibited after Wednesday 30 April 2025 

3.       All participants will travel at their own expense (air ticket, accommodation, transportation, etc.) 

4.       Participants who received awards at the 14th Thailand Tourism Awards will receive a 50% discount on the application fee. 

5.       Participants who request for a Japanese interpreter will need to pay an additional fee at their own expense. (Approximately 18,000 Japanese Yen per city for Fukuoka & Nagoya, and 25,000 Japanese Yen for Tokyo)
