Again !! This year, TAT  is organizing the Amazing Thailand Sales Connection to Korea in collaboration with Toto Booking.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING

THE APPLICATION FORM

CONDITIONS:

     ·     The event will accommodate 40 companies. (TAT 25: Toto 15)  

·       Participants must be able to attend the event in BUSAN and SEOUL, Republic of Korea.

·       Those who are interested can apply online (https://www.thaitravelmart.com/) from 1:00 p.m. on February 17^th, 2025 until 4:00 p.m. on February 28^th, 2025.

·       Once we have received all applications, the list of candidates will be forwarded to our partners in Korea for a selection process. The top 25 companies will be chosen.

The results of the selection process will be communicated to the successful applicants via email by April 1, 2025.

·       Registration Fee (Busan and Seoul): 20,000 BAHT per 1 person per company

          ** Registration Fee will be collected by Toto Booking. The 25 selected companies will  receive payment detail via email. The payment deadline is on 21 April 2025.

          ** Successful applicants who have completed their registration and payment must provide minimum 2 vouchers for lucky draw sessions (1 for Busan buyers and 1 for media & buyers in Seoul)

   ·       No refund for any cancellation (including any cause of travel rejection) after the payment has been done.

·         Toto Booking will register another 15 companies.

เงื่อนไขการรับสมัคร

·     รับสมัครผู้ประกอบการไทยจำนวน 40 บริษัท (ททท. รับ 25 บริษัท : บริษัท Toto Booking รับ 15 บริษัท)

·     ผู้สมัครจะต้องสามารถเข้าร่วมงานได้ทั้ง 2 เมือง คือปูซาน และกรุงโซล สาธารณรัฐเกาหลี (ตามวันที่ประกาศแจ้ง)   

ไม่สามารถเลือกเมืองใดเมืองหนึ่งได้

·     ผู้ประกอบการที่สนใจสามารถกดสมัครออนไลน์ได้ที่ https://www.thaitravelmart.com/ตั้งแต่วันที่ 17 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568เวลา 13.00 น. ถึงวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 เวลา 16.00 น.

·     เมื่อปิดรับสมัครแล้ว ทาง ททท. จะรวบรวมรายชื่อผู้สมัครทั้งหมดที่สนใจ ส่งให้กับพันธมิตรบริษัทนำเที่ยวในสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี ทำการโหวตลงคะแนนคัดเลือก 25 หน่วยงานที่ได้รับคะแนนโหวตสูงสุดจากพันธมิตร จะได้รับ Email แจ้งรายละเอียดขั้นตอนต่าง ๆ ที่ต้องดำเนินการต่อไป ภายในวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2568 (ผู้ที่ไม่ได้รับเลือกจะได้รับ Email แจ้งเช่นกัน)

·     ค่าสมัครเข้าร่วมงานทั้ง 2 เมือง จำนวน 20,000 บาทต่อ 1 คน ต่อ 1 หน่วยงาน

      - **ทั้งนี้ บริษัท Toto Booking จะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในการรับชำระค่าสมัคร ผู้ประกอบการที่ได้รับคัดเลือก ทั้ง 25 บริษัทต้องชำระค่าสมัครให้ครบถ้วนภายในวันที่ 21 เมษายน 2568**

- ผู้ประกอบการที่ได้รับคัดเลือกและดำเนินการเรื่องการชำระค่าสมัครเรียบร้อย จะต้องเตรียมรางวัลสำหรับกิจกรรม Lucky Draw อย่างน้อย 2 รางวัล (สำหรับพันธมิตรเมืองปูซาน 1 รางวัล และกรุงโซล 1 รางวัล)

·     ไม่มีการคืนเงิน หากมีผู้สมัครแจ้งยกเลิกเดินทางทุกกรณี

- Select "Join Now" (The Button will appear on Monday 17 Feb, 2025 at 1.00 p.m.)
