- Roadshow in March Waiting List Registration: Monday, June 16, 2025 , 10.00 AM

- General Registration Periods: Monday, June 23, 2025, 10.00 AM

Registration Fee: 20,000 THB per company

Please read the following instructions carefully before completing the application form:

1. Participant Eligibility:
   • Participants must have a valid authorized business license. (DBD and PP20 are ineligible).
   • Participants must have any sustainable management program in their properties, a CSR project, or have received at least one of these certificates or awards from 2017 to the present (e.g., CF-Hotels, TAT STAR Program, Green Hotel, Green Leaf Hotel, No Single-Use Plastic Hotel, Thailand Tourism Awards, etc.). Please submit relevant evidence when signing up for the event.
   • Upon registration, the designated TAT email will receive the evidence from the eligible company.
2. Attendance: All participants must attend the event in both cities: Taipei and Taichung.
3. Application Process:
   • The application form is strictly treated on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • Your application will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.
   • Do NOT make any payment until you receive an official confirmation email from our Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) staff with an invoice asking for payment.
4. Application Deadline: TAT reserves the right to end the application process when the space is fully booked. Apply as soon as registration opens to secure your spot.
5. Name Changes: Please refrain from changing the company name or participant's name after June 30, 2025.
