TAT is pleased to invite high-potential Thai sellers in golf tourism industry to be part of IGTM 2025 in Cannes, France, from 20–23 October 2025. This prestigious event will bring together influential golf travel buyers, tour operators, and media from around the world. It is a unique opportunity to promote Thailand’s world-class golf courses, luxury hospitality, and customized travel experiences through targeted B2B meetings.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM

Sellers qualification: Participants must have a valid business license related to golf tourism in Thailand.

Required documents :

1. A copy of valid business license. 

          1.1 Operating License for Golf Course or Driving Range (Form AorPor.2) issued by the Department of Provincial Administration.

          1.2 Hotel License (if your business includes accommodation services)

          1.3 TAT licenses for DMC

2. A copy of the VAT Certificate (Por Por 20)

3. Evidence of Awards such as Thailand Tourism Awards (TTA), STGs from 2022-present (If any, optional).

Application Conditions :

1. This event can accommodate up to 10 Thai sellers in golf tourism industry.

2. Application for Thai Sellers is available on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment.

3. Participants must be able to join the event, otherwise, your application will be rejected.

4. No refund for any cancellation after the payment has been done.

5. The application form is strictly treated on a first-come, first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the    application fee is paid.

6. Sharing a business appointment table between two or more organizations is NOT permitted.

How to register :

1. Log in to the TTVM website using your TTVM account and select join now. Please make sure that the contact person is correct.  The application will remain open until all spaces are fully booked.

2. Once you have submitted your application through the TTVM website, kindly email the required documents to [email protected] Please note that only applicants with complete submissions will be considered first. 

3. TAT will approve your details and documents. Once this is approved, TAT will send you the payment details. 

4. Please make the payment within 5 working days after you have received an email from TAT, otherwise, TAT has the right to consider the next applicant without prior notice. Once you have paid the application fee, please submit evidence of payment to [email protected] to confirm your participation.

Application Fee : THB 35,000 for 1 company/ maximum of 1 delegate

*Non-refundable for any cancellation. 

Event Timeline :

1. Registration period: Thursday 26 June 2025, 10.00 AM onwards until fully booked.

2. Payment details will be sent to you after your evidences are approved.

3. The payment deadline is within 5 working days after you have received an email from TAT.

4. No change of delegates’ name after Thursday 31 July 2025.
