PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM

1. Participant must have a valid authorized business license.

2. A copy of valid VAT Certificate. (Por Por 20/ ภพ. 20)

3. Apply Online at: E-form link

 Application Period: 24 June 2025 (10.00 Hrs. onwards)

4. The application fee is 200,000 THB per 1 company with 1 participant/ 1 badge.

5. The application is based on first-come-first served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.

(However, please DO NOT make a payment until you receive the email from TAT asking for the payment)

6. The application deadline is 4 July 2025. 

However, TAT reserves the right to end the application process when the space is fully booked.

7. No change in Delegate’s name after 11 July 2025.

8. We only accept 5 companies for this event.

TAT does not assume and expressly disclaims any liability direct or indirect to you or any person for your health and wellness. Which occurs from COVID-19 or any infection diseases, or any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance or incidental accidents. We disclaim any responsibilities for diagnosis and medical care expenses or any expense for health treatments.

9. TAT reserves the right to consider companies whose products suit the market preference.

How to register:

2. Kindly upload the above-mentioned pieces of evidence when submitting the application form.

Once the application form and documents have been submitted and got verified by TAT staff, you will be receiving the payment detail via email. Please proceed with the payment within 7 working days. Do not transfer the application fee without a confirmation from TAT.

3. Once you have paid the application fee, please submit evidence of payment to TAT by email via pimprao.poov@tat.or.th

Please kindly be informed that the bill payment and receipt will be issued to the address listed on your VAT registration form (Por Por 20) ONLY.

4. The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.
