-  งานแถลงทิศทางการส่งเสริมตลาดการท่องเที่ยวของ ททท. ปี 2569 จะจัดขึ้นในวันจันทร์ที่ 21 กรกฎาคม 2568 ณ ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์

-  กิจกรรม Market briefing เวลา 09.00-17.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุม 110-111 ชั้น 1 ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์

-  กิจกรรม Tourism Clinic เวลา 09.00-17.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุม 109C, 109D, 109H และ 112-120
ชั้น 1 ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์

-  กิจกรรมแถลงทิศทางการส่งเสริมตลาดการท่องเที่ยวของ ททท. ปี 2569 เวลา 18.00-19.00 น. ณ Plenary Hall 1-2 ชั้น 1 ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์

วันเปิดลงทะเบียน

-  วันที่ 27 มิถุนายน - 5 กรกฎาคม 2568 (หากมีผู้สนใจสมัครเข้าร่วมงาน TATSD 2026 มากกว่า 600 คน ผู้สมัครคนที่ 601 เป็นต้นไปจะถูกจัดให้เป็น waiting list โดยอัตโนมัติ)

กฎและระเบียบการลงทะเบียน

-  ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ให้กับผู้ลงทะเบียนก่อนตามลำดับ

-  จำกัดผู้สมัครสูงสุด จำนวน 2 ท่าน ต่อหน่วยงาน (1 ใบสมัครต่อ 1 ท่าน เท่านั้น)

-  ไม่มีการเปิดรับลงทะเบียน ณ วันงาน

-  หากมีผู้ลงทะเบียนมากกว่าสองท่านจากบริษัทหรือหน่วยงานเดียวกัน ททท. จะยืนยันสิทธิ์การเข้าร่วมให้เฉพาะสองท่านแรกเท่านั้น

เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน

-  ค่าสมัครเข้าร่วมงาน จำนวน 1,800 บาท ต่อคน รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7% แล้ว (ชำระเป็นเงินไทยเท่านั้น) โดยค่าสมัครได้รวมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ภายในงาน ดังนี้

      -  การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทั้งหมดภายในงาน

      -  ข้อมูลสถานการณ์การท่องเที่ยว

      -  อาหารว่างและเครื่องดื่ม จำนวน 2 มื้อ อาหารกลางวัน และงานค็อกเทลในช่วงเย็น

-  เมื่อมีการออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษีเรียบร้อยแล้ว ไม่สามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลในใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษีหลังจากที่ได้ออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษีเรียบร้อยแล้ว

ขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบใบสมัคร และการชำระเงิน

-  หลังจากผู้สมัครลงทะเบียนเรียบร้อยแล้ว ททท. จะตรวจสอบความถูกต้องประมาณ 5 วันทำการ ก่อนแจ้งรายละเอียดการชำระเงินให้ผู้สมัครทราบผ่านทางไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ลงทะเบียนไว้

-  ผู้สมัครที่ได้รับไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ใบแจ้งการชำระเงิน กรุณาดำเนินการชำระเงินตามรายละเอียดที่แจ้งไว้ภายใน 3 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับข้อมูลการชำระเงิน

-  เมื่อชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนชื่อหรือโอนสิทธิ์การเข้าร่วมงานได้

-  QR Code สำหรับการเข้างานจะถูกจัดส่งไปยังไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของท่าน ภายหลังจากกระบวนการ ตรวจสอบการชำระเงินเสร็จสมบูรณ์

-  หากพบว่ามีความผิดปกติในการชำระเงิน ทาง ททท. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมงาน

การยกเลิกการเข้าร่วมงาน

-  เมื่อมีการยืนยันการชำระเงินแล้ว จะไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุผลใดก็ตาม

การเข้าร่วมงาน

-  ผู้เข้าร่วมงานจะต้องแสดง QR Code ที่ได้รับทางไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ณ จุดลงทะเบียน

-  ผู้เข้าร่วมงานจะได้รับสายรัดข้อมือ และใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี ณ จุดลงทะเบียนในวันจัดงาน

-  โปรดใส่สายรัดข้อมือตลอดการจัดงาน โดย ททท. จะสงวนสิทธิ์การเข้าพื้นที่และเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ให้กับผู้ที่มีสายรัดข้อมือเท่านั้น

กรุณาเตรียมไฟล์เอกสารประกอบการสมัคร ดังนี้

1.  ไฟล์สำเนาบัตรประชาชนหรือพาสปอร์ต กรณีสมัครเข้าร่วมงานแบบบุคคลทั่วไป

2.  ไฟล์สำเนาหนังสือรับรองการจดทะเบียนเป็นนิติบุคคล (ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน) หรือหนังสือรับรองการจัดตั้งหน่วยงานอื่นๆ

3.  ไฟล์สำเนาใบทะเบียนภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ภ.พ.20 หรือหลักฐานแสดงการหักภาษีอื่น ๆ

4.  หากท่านต้องการให้ ททท. ออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี กรุณาเตรียมข้อมูลภาษาไทยในการกรอกรายละเอียด

TAT 2026 Strategic Direction

Venue

-  TAT 2026 Strategic Direction (TATSD2026) will be held on Monday 21 July 2025, at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC).

3 Main Activities

-  Market briefing during 09.00-17.30 Hrs. at Meeting Room 110-111, Level 1, QSNCC. (Conducted in both Thai and English)

-  Tourism Clinic during 09.00-17.30 Hrs. at Meeting Room 109C, 109D, 109H, and 112-120, Level 1, QSNCC. (Conducted in both Thai and English)

-  TAT 2026 Strategic Direction Press Conference during 18.00-19.00 Hrs. at Plenary Hall 1-2, Level 1, QSNCC. (Conducted in Thai)

Registration Date

-  27 June - 5 July, 2025. (We will be operating a waiting list, and if more than 600 participants register, you'll automatically be added to it.)

Registration Rules and Regulations

-  Registration is on a first-come; first-served basis.

-  Limited to 2 participants per organization/agency. (1 application form per 1 person only)

-  No on-site registration is provided.

-  Please be aware that if more than two people from the same company or agency register, we'll only be able to confirm the first two registrations.

Payment Conditions

-  Application Fee is 1,800 THB per person Included VAT 7% (paid in Thai Baht only).
The fee includes:)

     -  Free access to all activities

     -  Tourism situation information

     -  2 breaks and lunch plus evening cocktail

-  Please noted that TAT cannot modify the name or address on the receipt after it has been issued.

Application Review and Payment Details

-  After you submit your application, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) will review it for validation. Please allow up to 5 business days from your submission date to receive your payment details via your registered email.

-  Applicants who receive an invoice via email are requested to complete the payment within 3 days.

-  After the payment, changing the delegate’s name or transferring the right of attendance is not allowed.

-  The QR code for your event admission will be dispatched to your email address following successful payment verification.

-  TAT will reject your registration if the payment is found to be fraudulent.

Cancellation

- Please note that once the payment has been confirmed, no refunds will be issues under any circumstances. TAT have a no-refund policy for any cancellations.

Attending the Event

- Delegates must present the QR code received via email at the registration desk.

-  Delegates will receive a wristband and receipt at the registration point on the event date.

-  Entry to the event area is limited to those with a valid wristband. Please wear your wristband throughout your time at the event.

Registration will open starting at 10:00 AM on June 27, 2025.

Please prepare the following supporting documents for your application:

1.  A copy of National ID/ Passport (for individual applicants)

2.  A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation (issued within the last 6 months) or other relevant establishment documents for organizations/entities.

3.  A copy of your VAT registration certificate (Por Por 20) or other tax deduction evidence.

4.  If you require a receipt from TAT (Tourism Authority of Thailand), please prepare your details in Thai for entry.
