Eligible participants must have the following documents:

A.) A valid authorised business license
B.) Proof of any sustainable programme in the properties, CSR project, SDGs initiative, or receipt of at least one of the following certifications/awards from 2023 to present:
– Green Hotel
– Green Leaf Hotel
– No Single-Use Plastic Hotel
– Thailand Tourism Awards

How to Register:

1. Complete all sections of the application form via your Thai Travel Mart account.
   1. Log in and click “Join Now”. in TTVM Please ensure the email and contact details are accurate, as TAT will use this for all communication.

2. 2. Submit the required documents (A and B) via:
   https://eform.tourismthailand.org/public/pre-wtm-roadshow-to-nordics-re
    Submissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, based on document submission order. You must register on the TTM website before submitting documents.

3. 3. After document verification by TAT staff, you will receive a bill payment.
   ❗ Do not make any payment until you receive the invoice.

4. To secure your place, payment must be made within 5 working days of invoice receipt.
   Failure to do so will result in your slot being offered to the next applicant.

5. Upload proof of payment via https://eform.tourismthailand.org/public/slip-pre-wtm-roadshow-to-nordics.

Only completed applications (including payment) will be considered confirmed.

Application Conditions:

1. This event has the capacity to accommodate up to 20 companies, organised into two distinct groups:
   1.1) The first group includes 15 companies from WTM. Eligibility for automatic pre-ITB application is reserved for those who complete payment first.
   1.2) The second group comprises 5 companies from Thailand interested in joining the Amazing Thailand Pre-ITB 2025.

2. Application for Thai Sellers is available from Monday, 14th July 2025, on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment. Due to space and time limitations, TAT reserves the right to close applications without prior notice once capacity is reached.

3. The application fee is 40,000 THB per 1 table / 1 organisation / 2 persons (maximum).
   Participants must attend both events in Copenhagen, Denmark and Stockholm, Sweden.

4. No refund will be issued for any cancellation, including travel rejection, after payment has been made.

5. Due to preparation requirements, no changes to participant names or company information will be accepted after Friday, 8 August 2025.
