Eligible participants must have the following documents:

A.) A valid authorised business license
B.) Any sustainable programme in the property, CSR project, SDGs, or at least one of the following certificates/awards from 2023 to present, such as:
– Green Hotel
– Green Leaf Hotel
– No Single-Use Plastic Hotel
– Thailand Tourism Awards

How to Register:

1. Log in to your Thai Travel Mart account and select “Join Now”.
   Please ensure the contact email and details are accurate, as TAT will use them for all communication.

2. Submit the required documents (A & B) via the official form:
    https://eform.tourismthailand.org/public/amazing-thailand-roadshow-to-istanbul-and-warsaw-2025
   Applications are processed in order of document submission. You must register on the TTM website before uploading your documents.

3. Once documents have been verified by TAT staff, you will receive a bill payment.
   ❗ Please do not make any payment until the official invoice is issued.

4. To secure your place, payment must be completed within 5 working days of invoice receipt.

5. Upload proof of payment via the same link above.

Applications will only be considered complete when payment is received.
