The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is pleased to invite Thai tourism businesses to participate in the Thailand Golf Travel Mart (TGTM) 2025, to be held from 15–17 September 2025 in Khao Yai. This exclusive B2B platform is designed to position Thailand as a world-class golf tourism destination and promote its 300+ golf courses nationwide, offering excellent service, high standards, and attractive green fees.

TGTM 2025 serves as a unique opportunity for Thai golf-related businesses—including golf courses, hotels, and destination management companies (DMCs)—to connect with qualified international buyers and media from around the world. The event will bring together key players in golf travel for three days of networking, business appointments, product showcases, and cultural exchange in one of Thailand’s most scenic golf destinations.

Participant Quota:

A maximum of 20 Thai companies will be selected to participate in TGTM 2025. To ensure a balanced and effective representation, TAT will allocate participation slots according to the following categories:

1) 10 Domestic Management Companies (DMCs)

2) 10 Hotels 

Application Conditions :

1. This event can accommodate up to 20 Thai sellers in the golf tourism industry, strictly divided by category as outlined above.

2. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis within each category, based on the completion of payment.

3. Applicants must be able to fully attend the event as scheduled; otherwise, the application will be disqualified.

4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after payment has been completed.

5. Applications are considered complete only when the application fee has been successfully paid.

6. Sharing a business appointment table between two or more organizations is strictly prohibited.

How to register :

1. Log in to the TTVM website using your TTVM account and select “Join Now” under the TGTM 2025 event. Please ensure that your contact person information is accurate. Applications will remain open until all spaces are fully booked.

2. Once your application is submitted, TAT will review the provided details directly via the system. 

3. Upon approval, TAT will send you the payment instructions via email.

4. Please complete your payment within 5 working days after receiving the payment details. If payment is not received by the deadline, TAT reserves the right to offer the slot to the next eligible applicant without prior notice.

5. To confirm your participation, please submit evidence of payment to [email protected] to confirm your participation.

Application Fee: THB 5,000 for 1 company / maximum of 1 delegate

*Non-refundable for any cancellation.

Event Timeline :

1. Registration period: Thursday 22 July 2025, 10.00 AM onwards until fully booked.

2. Payment details will be sent to you after your evidences are approved.

3. The payment deadline is within 5 working days after you have received an email from TAT.

4. No change of delegates’ name after Thursday 22 August 2025.
