PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM

Sellers qualification:

1. A valid company business license.

2. The company must have any sustainable program in the properties, CF-Hotels, STARs, or receive at least of these certificates or awards during 2021 to presents. For example; Green Hotel, Green Leaf Hotel, No single used plastic hotel, or Thailand Tourism awards.

(please be reminded that the eligible company must have both mentioned pieces of evidence.)

Application Conditions:

1. This event can accommodate 22 companies comprises 3 companies from Nakhon Si Thammarat & nearby areas and 17 companies from other areas.

2. Application for Thai Sellers is available on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment.

3. Participants must be able to join the event, otherwise, your application will be rejected.

4. No refund for any cancellation (including any cause of travel rejection) after the payment has been done.

5. The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.

How to register:

1. All sections of this application form must be completed.

(Login to your TTVM account and select “Join Now”)

2. Kindly send us the mentioned evidences to us at [email protected]

Once the documents have been sent to [email protected] and got verified by TAT staff, you will be receiving the payment details via email. 

3. Please make the payment within the deadline, otherwise, TAT has the right to consider the next applicant without prior notice. Once you have paid the application fee, please submit evidence of payment to [email protected] to confirm your participation.

Application Fee:  THB 50,000 baht for one company/ maximum of 2 delegates

Event Timeline:

1. Registration period: Tuesday 9 September 2025, 10:00 hrs. until fully booked.

2. Payment details will be sent to you after your evidences are approved.

3. The payment deadline is within 5 working days after you have received an email from TAT.

4. No change of delegates’ name after Friday 15 October 2025.
