PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM

Sellers qualification:

1. The company valid business license.

2.The certificate of value added tax registration. (Por Por 20 / ภ.พ.20)

3. The company must receive one of these certificates or awards as follows; CF-Hotels / STARS / Thailand Tourism Awards etc.

(please be reminded that the eligible company must have 3 mentioned pieces of evidence)

Once the documents have been sent to [email protected] and got verified by TAT staff, you will be receiving the payment detail via email. Please make the payment during the period of time and send the evidence of payment to [email protected] to confirm your participation in the event.

Application Conditions:

1. This event can accommodate only 3 companies (with a maximum of 2 participants per company).

2. Application for Thai Sellers is available from Monday, 17^th November 2025, 14.00 hrs. (GMT+7) on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment.

3. The application will not be available once the space is fully booked.

4. No refund for any cancellation (including any cause of travel rejection) after the payment has been done.

5. The exhibitor's name will not be allowed to change after Monday 1^st December 2025.

How to register:

1. All sections of this application form must be completed.

(Login to your TTVM account and select “Join Now”)

2. Kindly send us the mentioned pieces of evidence to [email protected]

Once the documents have been sent to [email protected] and got verified by TAT staff, you will be receiving the payment detail via email. Please proceed with the payment within 5 working days. Do not transfer the application fee without a confirmation from TAT.

3. Once you have paid the application fee, please submit evidence of payment to [email protected]

Please kindly be informed that the bill payment and receipt will be issued to the address listed on your VAT registration form (Por Por 20) ONLY.

4. The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.

Application Fee: THB 25,000 for one company.

*Non-refundable for any cancellation. (Including any cause of travel rejection)
