Terms and Conditions: 

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM

Seller’s qualification: A valid company business license.

Application Conditions:

1. This event can accommodate 12 companies (12 persons) 

2. Application for Thai Sellers is available on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment.

3. Participants must be able to join the event, otherwise, your application will be rejected.

4. No refund for any cancellation (including any cause of travel rejection) after the payment has been done.

5. The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.

** TAT reserves the right to allocate quotas to companies **

6. TAT will arrange a 50-seater coach for transportation 

** Arrival and departure transfers to be booked individually by each participant as well as flights according to the program. ** 

How to register:

1. All sections of this application form must be completed.

(Login to your TTVM account and select “Join Now”)

2. Once your application and qualifications have been approved by TAT staff, you will receive the payment details via email. 

3. Please make the payment within the deadline, otherwise, TAT has the right to consider the next applicant without prior notice. Once you have paid the application fee, please submit evidence of payment to [email protected] to confirm your participation.

Application Fee: THB 15,000 baht for one company (1 person for 1 company)

Event Timeline:

1. Registration period: Monday 1st December 2025 at 10.00 hrs. until fully booked.

2. Payment details will be sent to you after your evidence are approved.

3. The payment deadline is within 5 working days after you have received an email from TAT.

4. No change of delegates’ name after Thursday 25th December 2025.
