  Sellers’ Qualifications

  A.) Participants must hold a valid authorised business license (e.g., ร.ร.2 for hotels or relevant licenses for DMCs).
  
  Please note: DBD and ภพ.20 (PP20) are not accepted as business licenses.

  B.) Participants must operate at least one sustainable programme within the property, CSR project, STGs initiative, or must have received at least one sustainability-related certificate or award between 2023 and the present.
  
  Examples include: Green Hotel, Green Leaf Hotel, No Single-Use Plastic Hotel, etc.
  Evidence must be submitted as part of the application.

  Application Conditions

  1. The event can accommodate a maximum of 20 companies, allocated as follows:

  • Hotels: 12 companies
  • DMCs & Others: 8 companies

1. 2. Applications for Thai sellers open on Thursday, 11 December 2025 from 10.00 hrs. (GMT+7) and are processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the time of completed payment. Due to space and operational constraints, TAT reserves the right to close applications without prior notice once capacity is reached.

   3. The application fee is THB 30,000 per company, inclusive of participation for a maximum of 2 delegates.
3. 1. **Companies awarded the “Thailand Tourism Awards 2025” will receive a 50% discount.**

1. 4. All participants are required to attend the event in all three cities.

3. 5. Thai passport holders are currently exempt from visa requirements for South Africa (30-day visa-free stay).
   For non-Thai passport holders, TAT will issue a one-time invitation letter for visa applications in 12 January 2026.
4.          **No change of delegate name will be permitted after Monday, 31 December 2025.**

       Please ensure that the contact person's information is accurate.

3. Once documents are verified by TAT payment details will be sent to your email. A valid VAT Lincense (ภพ. 20) is required for issuing the Bill Payment. Please do not transfer any fees before receving payment instructions from TAT.

5. 3. The bill payment will be sent to your registered email. Applicants will have 5 working days to complete the payment.

9. 5. Applications are considered complete only when payment has been successfully made.
            **All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.**
