PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM

1. Applicants are required to prepare the following important documents:

    -A copy of valid authorized business license.

    (ใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจโรงแรม/ใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยว/ใบอนุญาตอื่น ๆ

    ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจนั้น ๆ)

    -A copy of valid VAT Certificate. (Por Por 20/ ภพ. 20)

    -A copy of valid delegate’s passport (If need to apply for US/CAD visa)

    -A copy of the 15^th Thailand Tourism Awards (TTA) 2025 (If available)

    -Copies of certificates related to sustainable management programs or

     tourism-related awards (If available)

   Application Period: 8 December – 26 December 2025

3. The application fee is 30,000 THB/ 1 company/ 1 delegate.

    (Applicants who received the “Thailand Tourism Awards 2025” are entitled to       

    a 50% discount and must register under the same name that received the award)

4. Delegate must attend the event in all cities.

5. This application process is on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. This is only the online application process and does not serve as a confirmation of

    participation.

(However, please Do Not make any payment until you receive an email from TAT requesting payment.)

7. The application process deadline is on 26 December 2025. However, TAT reserves the right to end the application process when the space is fully booked.

8. No change in company name or delegate's name after 30 December 2025.

9. We only accept 20 companies for this event.

TAT does not assume and expressly disclaims any liability direct or indirect to you or any person for your health and wellness. Which occurs from COVID-19 or any infection diseases, or any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance or incidental accidents. We disclaim any responsibilities for diagnosis and medical care expenses or any expense for health treatments.

(The application form will be activated on Monday 8 December, 2025 at 10.00 hrs.)

2. Kindly upload the mentioned pieces of evidence when submit the application form.

Once the application form and documents have been submitted and got verified by TAT staff, you will be receiving the payment detail via email. Please proceed with the payment within 7 working days. Do not transfer the application fee without a confirmation from TAT.

3. Once you have paid the application fee, please submit evidence of payment to TAT by email via [email protected]

Please kindly be informed that the bill payment and receipt will be issued to the address listed on your VAT registration form (Por Por 20) ONLY.

4. The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.
