Sellers’ Qualifications

1. Participants must hold a valid authorized business license (e.g., ร.ร.2 for hotels or relevant licenses for DMCs).

For spa/wellness service in a hotel, the company must present both hotel business license and spa business license.

2. A copy of the VAT Certificate (ภพ. 20)

3. Evidence of Awards such as Thailand Tourism Awards (TTA), STGs from 2022-present (If any, optional).

Application Conditions

1. The event can accommodate a maximum of 10 companies, allocated as follows:

Hotels: 10 companies - Wellness center, hospitals, health and wellness business related companies

2. Applications for Thai sellers open on Monday, 23 December 2025 from 10.00 hrs. (GMT+7) onwards and are processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the time of completed payment. Due to space and operational constraints, TAT reserves the right to close applications without prior notice once capacity is reached.

3. No application fee for the participation inclusive of for a maximum of 2 delegates.

4. All participants are required to attend the event during 15 – 17 January 2026

5. Thai passport holders are currently exempt from visa requirements for South Africa (30-day visa-free stay).

For non-Thai passport holders, TAT will issue a one-time invitation letter for visa applications in 12 January 2026.

         **No change of delegate name will be permitted after Monday, 31 December 2025.**

6. TAT reserves the right to amend any conditions without prior notice.

Application Fee

THB 0.00 per company (maximum of 2 delegates)

Event Timeline

Registration Period: From Tuesday, 23 December 2025 until fully booked.

No refunds will be provided for any cancellation.
