Seller Qualifications

• Participants must be a tourism-related business located in Thailand

• Participants must possess a valid business license (e.g., hotel license, travel agent license). 

Event Capacity

The event will accommodate not more than 35 companies per city divided into: 

1. TAT HQ will register 20 companies through the TTVM website.
2. TAT Pattaya will register 15 companies (from Chonburi and Pattaya Area ONLY) – Fully Booked

Registration

• Registration starts on January 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM (GMT+7) on a first-come, first-served basis. 

• Only completed applications with paid application fees will be considered. 

• The application process will close once the event is fully booked or at the discretion of TAT to allow sufficient time for booth preparation. 

• Each company can register a maximum of 2 participants.  

• The exhibitor's name(s) cannot be changed after February 28, 2026.

Payment

• The application fee is non-refundable and does not include travel expenses. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements

How to Register

**Please note: All sections of this application form must be completed.**

1. Log in to your Thai Travel Mart account and select “JOIN NOW.”

2. After clicking “JOIN NOW,” you will get to the registration link. Please fill in the application form.

3. Once your application is verified by TAT. You will receive invoice and payment details via your registered e-mail in 2 business days.

4. Payment must be made within 5 days of receiving the invoice. Please submit the payment proof, along with your company's Tax ID and address for receipt issuance, to [email protected] (TAT will consider the next application if the applicant cannot make the payment by the 5-day deadline.)

**TAT does not assume, and expressly disclaims, any liability, direct or indirect, to you or any person, for your health and wellness, which occurs from any infectious diseases, or any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance or incidental accidents. We disclaim any responsibilities for diagnosis and medical care expenses or any health treatments.

Application Fee: THB 30,000 company

 • For Participants who received awards at the 15th Thailand Tourism Awards 2025 will get 50% OFF of application fee = THB 15,000/ company.

   **Application fee is non-refundable for any cancellation. (Including any cause of travel rejection)
