BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM

1. Applicants are required to prepare the following important documents:

    -A copy of valid authorized business license.

    -A copy of valid VAT Certificate. (Por Por 20/ ภพ. 20)

    -A copy of valid delegate’s passport

Application Period:  5 January – 9 January 2026

3. The application fee is 50,000 THB/ 1 Company/ 1 Delegate.

4. We only accept 3 companies for this event.

5. The application is first-come-first-served basis. 

6. The application deadline is on 9 January 2026. 

(However, TAT reserves the right to end the application process when the space is fully booked.)

7. This is only the online application process and does not serve as a confirmation of

    participation.

(However, please DO NOT make any payment until you receive the email from TAT team asking for a payment)

8. No change in company name or delegate’s name after 16 January 2026.

9. TAT reserves the right to consider companies whose products suit Latin American market preference.

TAT does not assume and expressly disclaims any liability direct or indirect to you or any person for your health and wellness. Which occurs from COVID-19 or any infection diseases, or any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance or incidental accidents. We disclaim any responsibilities for diagnosis and medical care expenses or any expense for health treatments.

2. Kindly upload the mentioned pieces of evidence when submit the application form. Once the application form and documents have been submitted and got verified by TAT staff, you will receive the payment detail via email. Please proceed with the payment within 7 working days. Do not transfer the application fee without a confirmation from TAT.

3. Once you have paid the application fee, please submit evidence of payment to TAT by email via [email protected]

Please kindly be informed that the bill payment and receipt will be issued to the address listed on your VAT registration form (Por Por 20) ONLY.

4. The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis, and the event participation will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.
