PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM

APPLICATION FEE:  THB 10,000 for one company/maximum of 2 delegates.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS FOR THAI SELLER

I.          Participant must have the following documents.

-          A copy of valid authorized business license.

-          A copy of valid VAT Certificate. (Por Por 20/ ภ.พ. 20)

II.         All sections of this application form must be completed.
(Login to your TTVM account, choose the event and select “Join Now” on the event page)

III.        All participants must be able to attend the event for the whole period.

IV.       The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.

V.        Change of exhibitor’s name is prohibited after Monday 16 February 2026.

VI.        The event will be able to accommodate up to 7 companies. TAT reserves the right to end the application process when the spaces are fully booked.

VII.     The application fee is non-refundable for any cancellation. (Including any cause of travel rejection.)

VIII.    All participants will travel at their own expense (air ticket, accommodation, transportation, etc.) 

TAT does not assume and expressly disclaims any liability direct or indirect to you or any person for your health and wellness. Which occurs from COVID-19 or any infection diseases, or any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance or incidental accidents. We disclaim any responsibilities for diagnosis and medical care expenses or any expense for health treatments.

** For participants who request for a Japanese interpreter will need to pay an additional fee at their own expense. **
