Sellers’ Qualifications

A.) Participants must hold a valid authorised business license (e.g., ร.ร.2 for hotels or relevant licenses for DMCs).

Please note: DBD and ภพ.20 (PP20) are not accepted as business licenses.

B.) Participants must operate at least one sustainable programme within the property, CSR project, STGs initiative, or must have received at least one sustainability-related certificate or award between 2023 and the present.

Examples include: Green Hotel, Green Leaf Hotel, No Single-Use Plastic Hotel, etc.
Evidence must be submitted as part of the application.

Application Conditions

1. The event can accommodate a maximum of 56 companies, allocated as follows:

• Hotels: 26 companies
• DMCs: 10 companies
• Health & Wellness: 10 companies
• Attraction & Others: 10 companies
• Applicants under the Health & Wellness category must offer products or services related to health and wellness tourism. Hotels with spa facilities alone do not qualify under this category. Hotels wishing to apply must offer structured wellness treatment packages or programmes beyond standard spa services. Supporting evidence must be submitted as part of the application.
• TAT reserves the right to reclassify applicants if the criteria are not met.

• Applications for Thai sellers open on 02 February 2026, from 10.00 hrs. (GMT+7) and are processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. TAT reserves the right to close applications without prior notice once capacity is reached.

• The application fee is THB 115,000 per company, inclusive of participation for a maximum of 2 delegates.
• 
  
• (The 5 first applicants who received the “Thailand Tourism Awards 2025” are entitled to a 50% discount and must register under the same name that received the award)

          TAT will issue a one-time invitation letter for visa applications by 28 February 2026.

• **No change of delegate name will be permitted after Friday, 20 February 2026.**

  How to Register

1. Log in to your TTVM account and select "Join Now". Please ensure that the contact person's information is accurate.

2. After clicking "Join Now", please upload the required supporting documents via https://forms.gle/nPn1sonFJcinaXJNA  (The link will be accessible once registration opens.).

3. Once documents are verified by TAT, the invoice will be sent to your email within 5 working days. A valid VAT License (ภพ. 20) is required for issuing the Bill Payment. Please do not transfer any fees before receiving payment instructions from TAT.

4. The bill payment will be sent to your registered email. Applicants will have 5 working days to complete the payment.

5. After payment, please submit proof of payment via the link provided in the payment instruction email.

6. Applications are considered complete only when payment has been successfully made. **All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.**
