The event can accommodate a maximum of 15 companies

How to Register

1. Log in to your TTVM account and select "Join Now". Please ensure that the contact person's information is accurate.

2. After clicking "Join Now", please upload the required supporting documents via https://forms.gle/SddPhJfCBG452Bwt6 (The link will be accessible once registration opens.)

Required Documents: The following documents must be submitted along with the application:
            2.1 A copy of a valid business license (for DMCs and attractions) or a hotel/resort license (for hotels/resorts)
            2.2 A copy of the VAT Certificate (Por Por 20)
            2.3 A company logo for display on your table at the event
            2.4 The proof of the Thailand Tourism Awards 2025 (If any)

3. Once documents are verified by TAT, the invoice will be sent to your email within 7 working days. A valid VAT License (ภพ. 20) is required for issuing the invoice.
       **Please do not transfer any fees before receiving payment instructions from TAT.

4. The invoice will be sent to your registered email. Applicants will have 7 working days to complete the payment.

5. After payment, please submit proof of payment via the link provided in the payment instruction email.

6. Applications are considered complete only when payment has been successfully made.
       **All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.**

Application Requirements

1.     Payment Process: Once your application is verified, TAT will send an email with payment details and a QR code for payment processing. The payment must be completed within 7 days, and proof of payment must be submitted by replying to the same email to confirm participation.

2.     First Come, First Served: Registration is only considered complete once the participation fee is paid and proof of payment is submitted. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.     TAT reserves the right to close the application process without prior notice once all available slots are fully booked.

4.     The participation fee is strictly non-refundable.

5.     Lucky Draw Activity: A lucky draw for invited travel agents will be held at the end of the event in each city. Sellers are encouraged to contribute prizes for the networking reception.

6.     Thai Sellers who have received the 15th Thailand Tourism Awards 2025 shall be entitled to a 50% discount on the registration fee. This offer is applicable only to the first three registered participants, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Application Fee: THB 30,000 for one company/ Maximum delegate(s) for Trade Meet session is 2 person, please assign only 1 delegate to join for Networking Lunch/Dinner session.

*TAT reserves the right to retain the full registration fee in the event that applicants are unable to attend all 3 cities.

*Non-refundable for any cancellation. (Including any cause of travel rejection)
