Timeline  
 •   Seller Registration: 25 February - 4 March 2026  
 •   Selection Process: 5 - 13 March 2026 

     •   Finalist Announcement: 18 March 2026

Seller Qualifications

•        Participants must be available to attend the event in Fukuoka and Tokyo.    

•        Participants must hold a valid, authorized business license (e.g., hotel license, travel agent license).

     Please Note: DBD and VAT Registration Certificates (P.P. 20) are not accepted as business licenses.  

Event Capacity 

•       The event can accommodate 20–30 companies, including travel agents, accommodation providers, airlines, and other tourism service providers.

•    Finalists are subject to buyer selection and will not be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will only be considered complete upon receipt of the application fee. 

Registration Process

** Please note: All sections of the application form must be completed. ** 

     •    Log in to your TTVM account, choose the event, and select “Join Now” on the event page. 

     •    All applicants are required to provide company information by completing the Google Form at the following link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSee5e0_C32x3akJiePS2zpVMicbeLKqpmOFQvc_tDahQDZQIA/viewform

     •    Selected Sellers will receive a confirmation email with an invoice attached via their registered email address.

Payment

•       Payment must be made within seven (7) working days of receiving the invoice.

•       Participants must submit proof of payment, along with the company’s Tax ID and address for receipt
   issuance, to [email protected].

TAT reserves the right to offer the slot to the next applicant if payment is not received within the 7-day deadline. 

Application Fee

     •       THB 20,000 per company (Covers both Fukuoka and Tokyo). 

          Note: Maximum of two (2) delegates per company.

Terms & Conditions

 •       The application fee is non-refundable for any cancellation (including visa or travel rejections). 

 •       Delegate names cannot be changed after Thursday, 30 April 2026.

 •       All participants travel at their own expense (airfare, accommodation, local transportation, etc.). 

 •       Participants who received awards at the 15th Thailand Tourism Awards 2025 are eligible for a 50%
    discount on the application fee.

 •       Participants requiring a Japanese interpreter will be responsible for an additional fee (Price: TBA).
