PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM

1. Participants must possess a valid authorized business license. (DBD and PP20 are eligible)

2. Participants are required to demonstrate a commitment to sustainability through implementation of sustainable management practices, CSR project, or by holding at least one recognized sustainability-related certifications or awards obtained between 2023 to present, for example: CF-Hotels, STAR, Green Leaf Hotel, etc. Please submit relevant evidence when signing up for the event. 

(Please be advised that the eligible company must possess the aforementioned document and submit the relevant supporting evidence to [email protected])

3. The application fee is 22,000 THB per company with a maximum of two participants. (Those who won the “Thailand Tourism Awards 2025” will get 50% off. This offer is limited to 3 companies only.)

4. Indonesian business visa application fees shall be borne by the participant. TAT will issue an invitation letter for visa applications by Friday, 24 July 2026.

5. All participants are required to attend the event in all cities.

6. The application is first-come-first-served by payment. (However, please DO NOT pay until you receive the email from TAT asking for a payment)

7. The application deadline is on 13 July 2026. However, TAT reserves the right to end the application process when the space is fully booked.

8. We only accept 20 companies for this event.

Remarks:

- No change of delegate name will be permitted after Friday, 24 July 2026.

- TAT reserves the right to amend any conditions without prior notice.

- The online application form is ready to register from Monday 29 June, 2026 at 10.00 hrs. onwards.

- TAT does not assume, and expressly disclaims, any liability, direct or indirect, to you or any person, for your health and wellness, which occurs from COVID-19 or any infectious diseases, or any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance or incidental accidents. We disclaim any responsibilities for diagnosis and medical care expenses, or any expenses for health treatments.

How to register:

1. All sections of this application form must be completed.

   - Login to your Thai Travel Mart account

   - Go to the "Event" page

   - Select " Amazing Thailand and Pattaya Roadshow to Malaysia and Indonesia 2026" event

   - Select "Join Now" (The Button will appear on Monday 29 June, 2026 at 10.00 hrs. )

   - Wait for an email from TAT

2. Kindly send us the aforementioned pieces of evidence to [email protected]

Once the documents are sent to [email protected] and verified by TAT staff, you will receive the payment detail via email. Do not transfer the application fee without a confirmation from TAT.

3. Upon the completion of the application fee payment, participants are required to submit evidence of payment to TAT vis email at [email protected]. Participants must provide the company’s billing address for receipt issuance and delivery, along with the company’s Tax Identification Number (Tax ID).

4. The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.
