The application will be available to register online on

Friday the 26^th of June, 2026 from 14.00 hrs. (GMT+7) onwards.

Eligible participants must have these 3 following documents:

A.) Participant must have a valid authorised business license. (Hotel License, TAT License etc.)

B.) The Thai seller must have a copy of the VAT Registration (Por Por 20)

C.) Participant must have any sustainable programme in the properties, CSR project, STGs, or receive at least one of these certificates or awards during 2024 to present. For example: 15^th Thailand Tourism Awards 2025; CF Hotel, TAT STAR, Travel Life, GSTC, Green Hotel, Green Leaf Hotel, etc.

Please read the instructions carefully before completing the application form 

1.     Log in to your TTM account and click “Join Now.” Please ensure that the contact person’s details are correct and up to date.

2.     After joining the event through the TTM website, submit the required documents (A, B and C) via the designated submission form  https://forms.gle/hsyPU4MZXcVLQNAj6 . Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis according to the completed document submission. Registration through the TTM website must be completed first.

3.     TAT staff will verify the submitted documents within a few days. Once verified, you will receive an acknowledgement email, followed by a dedicated Bill Payment reference.

4.     To secure your participation, payment must be completed within seven (7) working days after receiving the payment instructions. Payment must be made exclusively through the dedicated Bill Payment reference issued by TAT. Payments made through any other method will not be recognised or considered valid. Failure to complete a valid payment within the specified period will result in the place being offered to the next eligible applicant.

5.     After completing the payment, please submit the proof of payment via the link that will be sent with a dedicated Bill Payment.

6.     The participation fee is THB 110,000 per company, covering a maximum of three (3) representatives.

7.     The event can accommodate a maximum of 45 participating companies.

·         Accommodation: 30 companies

·         Destination Management Companies (DMCs): 10 companies

·         Other Tourism-Related Businesses: 5 companies

8.     Invitation letters for UK visa applications will be issued to all confirmed participants in mid-August 2026. TAT will issue the invitation letter only once; therefore, no changes to exhibitors’ names will be accepted after Friday, 24^th July 2026.

9.     Participation fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including cancellation, visa refusal or any other travel-related rejection.

REMARK:

·         The Bill Payment documentation and official receipt will be issued strictly according to the information stated in the submitted VAT registration certificate.

·         For hotels, the hotel name displayed on the fascia board at the event must be identical to the name stated in the submitted hotel licence. Only one hotel name, as specified in the hotel licence, may be displayed.

·         Destination Management Companies (DMCs) are required to promote Thailand as their primary destination.
