AMAZING THAILAND TAKES OFF WITH flydubai ROADSHOW will be able to accommodate up a maximum of 40 Thai Sellers.

To ensure balanced and effective representation, TAT will allocate participation slots according to the following categories:
     1) 10 Destination Management Companies (DMCs)
     2) 5 Others (Attractions, Shopping Centers, Wellness Centers, Hospitals, etc.)
     3) 25 Accommodations 

How to register:

1.   To register, at 14.00 Hrs. go to this link https://forms.gle/qoejZG9cUkqsbtMo9 All sections in this form must be completed. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Please note that registration priority is based on the submission of a complete online application form, not on when the “Join Now” button is clicked. There is no need to click the “Join Now” button beforehand.

Prepare these information to complete the form:

-        Business Category: Accommodation, DMC, Attraction, Others

-        Contact Person Information

-  Name

-  Job Title

-  Email

-  Telephone Number

2.   Please upload the following documents directly within the form:

2.1.  Copy of a valid business license for DMCs (ใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยว), attractions (DBD), or a copy of hotel license (รร.2) for hotels/resorts.

2.2.  IF ANY (Not required)- A copy of company awarded the “Thailand Tourism Awards 2025”. (The first 5 applicants who received the “Thailand Tourism Awards 2025” are entitled to a 50% discount and must register under the same name that received the award. This benefit is limited to a total of 5 (five) first applicants.)

2.3.  Copy of Value Added Tax Certificate (VAT) (ภพ.20).

Note: Please ensure that all uploaded documents are valid and uploaded correctly. Failure to do so will result in TAT rejecting your application.

3.   Once your application is verified by TAT, we will email you the invoice. Please proceed with the payment using the QR code on the invoice within 2 working days and submit the payment proof by email to [email protected] to confirm your participation.

Conditions:

·  Applicants must ensure that all uploaded documents are valid and correctly submitted. Failure to do so will result in TAT rejecting the application.

·  Participation is available on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment and will only be considered complete when the application fee has been paid.

·      TAT reserves the right to close the online application without prior notice once all available spaces are fully booked.

·      TAT reserves the right to give preference to Thai sellers targeting the Middle East market.

·      The registration fee of THB 20,000 is non-refundable for any cancellation. (Including any cause of travel rejection).

·        A maximum of two delegates per company is allowed.

·    Business Matching Format: Free Flow, whereby sellers remain seated and buyers move from table to table.
