APPLICATION CONDITIONS FOR THAI SELLER

1. This event can accommodate up to 6 companies (2 participants per 1 company)

2. DMC, tour operators, sustainable management property will be considering as first priority.

3. The Thai sellers please provide the following documents in the application form:

     a.   Copy of a valid business license for DMCs, attractions, or hotel license for hotels/resorts.

     b.   Copy of VAT Certificate (Por Por 20)

Note: To be verified, you must have all mentioned (a-b) evidence.

4. Participation Fee: 12,000 THB net (2 participants / 1 company)

5. The application fee is not included travel expense (air ticket, accommodation, transportation, etc.) and translators. The delegate will be responsible for their own travel expenses, and translators.

6. The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.

7. The registration fee is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE for any cancellation. (including any cause of travel rejection)

Remark *TAT does not assume, and expressly disclaims, any liability, direct or indirect, to you or any person, for your health and wellness, which occurs from COVID-19 or any infectious diseases, or any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance or incidental accidents. We disclaim any responsibilities for diagnosis and medical care expenses, or any expenses for health treatments

2. Once your application is verified by TAT, we will email official confirmation payment details.

    Please proceed with the payment within 10 days and kindly submit the payment proof by       
    replying to e-mail: [email protected]

    If you fail to do so, we will consider the next application.

3. The application for Thai sellers’ period: Monday 29 June – 19 July 2026

  *Please do not proceed any payment if you have not received an official confirmation e-mail from Tourism Authority of Thailand

4. The application will only be considered complete when the participation fee is paid.

5. The online application will close on 19 July 2026 However, TAT reserves the right to close the application before the mentioned date once the space is fully booked.

6.  A change of delegate (if any) is not allowed after July 22 July 2026
