PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM

Sellers Qualification

1. Participant must have a valid company document following:

-       Business License (DBD): Issued within 6 months prior to the registration date.

-       A valid Hotel License or Hospital/Clinic License

-       A valid Tour Operator License

-       VAT Registration Form (PP20)

2. Participation is subject to TAT’s selection and approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee participation.

3. Participants must offer premium and luxury travel products and services, example of products as follows:

4. Luxury hotels and resorts (4–5-star or equivalent)

- Wellness and medical wellness products

- Yacht, private aviation, and exclusive transportation services

- High-end destination management companies (DMCs)

5. Applicants should demonstrate a strong positioning in the luxury travel segment and the ability to serve high-value international travelers.

Application Conditions

- This event can accommodate only 10 companies.

- Participants must be able to attend the event in person. Applications may be rejected if participation cannot be confirmed.

- No refund will be granted for any cancellation after payment has been made, including travel restrictions, or any other circumstances.

How to Register

1. Complete all sections of the application form.

(Login to your TTVM account and select “Join Now”)

2. Submit all required supporting documents to [email protected] right after registration.

3. TAT will review all submitted applications and supporting information.

4. Selected applicants will be contacted via e-mail and TAT will send a bill payment to proceed.

5. Please proceed the payment within the 5 working days after received bill payment. Otherwise, TAT reserves the right to consider the next applicant without prior notice.

6. Once payment has been completed, kindly submit proof of payment to confirm your participation.

7. Successful applicants will receive an official confirmation email from TAT.

Application Fee

THB 100,000 per company (maximum of 2 delegates)

Non-refundable for any cancellation.

Event Timeline

1. Registration available: 2 July 2026
2. Application Deadline: 10 July 2026

However, TAT reserves the right to end the application process when the space is fully booked.

- Submission of Supporting Documents: Immediately after registration.

- After the documents are approved, selected applicants will receive bill payment via email.

- Payment must be completed within 5 working days after receiving the payment notification from TAT.

- Successful applicants will receive an official confirmation email from TAT upon completion of the selection and payment process.

- No change of delegates’ names will be accepted after 31 July 2026.
