PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM

Sellers Qualification

1. Participant must have a valid company document following:

- Business License (DBD): Issued within 6 months prior to the registration date

- A valid Hotel License or Hospital/Clinic License

- A valid Tour Operator License

- VAT Registration Form (PP20)

2. Priority will be given to those who participate in Luxury Travel Mart (LTM) Moscow 2026. Remaining spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Application Conditions

- This event can accommodate 15 companies.

- Participation is available on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment and will only be considered complete when the application fee has been paid.

- Participants must be able to attend both roadshow events in Krasnoyarsk and Novosibirsk.

- Non-refundable for any cancellation. (Including any cause of travel rejection)

- No change of delegates’ names will be accepted after 20 August 2026.

How to Register

1. Complete all sections of the application form.

(Login to your TTVM account and select “Join Now”)

2. Submit all required supporting documents to [email protected] right after registration.

3. TAT will review all submitted applications and supporting information.

4. Applicants will receive bill payment via email.

5. Please proceed the payment within the 5 working days after received bill payment. Otherwise, TAT reserves the right to consider the next applicant without prior notice.

6. Once payment has been completed, kindly submit proof of payment to confirm your participation.

7. Successful applicants will receive an official confirmation email from TAT.

Application Fee

THB 30,000 per company (maximum of 2 delegates)

Non-refundable for any cancellation.

Event Timeline

- Registration available: 13 July 2026

- Application Deadline: 5 August 2026

However, TAT reserves the right to end the application process when the space is fully booked.

- Submission of Supporting Documents: Immediately after registration.

- After the documents are approved, selected applicants will receive bill payment via email.

- Payment must be completed within 5 working days after receiving the payment notification from TAT.

- Successful applicants will receive an official confirmation email from TAT upon completion of the selection and payment process.

- No change of delegates’ names will be accepted after 20 August 2026.
