Registration period: 2 – 10 July 2026 (Starts on 2 July: 1.00 p.m. – 10 July: 4 p.m.)

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

CONDITIONS:

1.    The event will accommodate 40 companies.

-          Those who are interested can apply online (https://www.thaitravelmart.com/)

from July 2, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. to July 10, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

2.      Selection Criteria & Voting System: The selection will be determined by a voting system conducted by local travel agency partners in South Korea.

-    Once we have received all applications, the list of candidates will be forwarded to our partners in Korea for a selection process. The top 40 companies receiving the highest votes will be selected. All applicants (both selected and unselected) will receive an official email notification regarding the results and subsequent procedures by July 31 , 2026.

3.      Participation Requirements & Fees

3.1   Participants must be able to attend the event in SEOUL and BUSAN, Republic of Korea.

3.2   Registration Fee (Busan and Seoul): 20,000 BAHT per 1 person per company

3.2.1    Registration Fee will be collected by Toto Booking. The 40 selected companies will receive payment detail via email.

3.2.2    To secure your participation, please ensure that the payment is settled by August 7, 2026. In the event that the deadline is missed, TAT reserves the right to pass the privilege to the next applicant on the waiting list.

 3.3 Successful applicants who have completed their registration and payment must provide minimum 2 vouchers for lucky draw sessions (1 prize for the Seoul event and 1 prize for the Busan event)

⚠️ Important Note: No refund for any cancellation (including any cause of travel rejection) after the payment has been done.

เงื่อนไขการรับสมัคร

1.    รับสมัครผู้ประกอบการไทยจำนวน 40 บริษัท

-  ผู้ประกอบการที่สนใจสมัครทางออนไลน์ได้ที่ https://www.thaitravelmart.com/ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 2 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 13.00 น. ถึงวันที่ 10 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 16.00 น.

2. กติกาการคัดเลือก: ใช้ระบบโหวตลงคะแนนคัดเลือก จากพันธมิตรบริษัทนำเที่ยวในพื้นที่สาธารณรัฐเกาหลี  

- เมื่อปิดรับสมัครแล้ว ทาง ททท. จะรวบรวมรายชื่อผู้สมัครทั้งหมดที่สนใจ ส่งให้กับพันธมิตรบริษัทนำเที่ยวในสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี ทำการโหวตลงคะแนนคัดเลือก 40 หน่วยงานที่ได้รับคะแนนโหวตสูงสุดจากพันธมิตรจะได้รับ Email แจ้งรายละเอียดขั้นตอนต่าง ๆ ที่ต้องดำเนินการต่อไป ภายในวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2569 (ผู้ที่ไม่ได้รับเลือกจะได้รับ Email แจ้งเช่นกัน)

3. การเข้าร่วมงานและการชำระค่าสมัคร

3.1 ผู้สมัครจะต้องสามารถเข้าร่วมงานได้ทั้ง 2 เมือง คือปูซาน และกรุงโซล สาธารณรัฐเกาหลี (ตามวันที่ประกาศแจ้ง)  ไม่สามารถเลือกเมืองใดเมืองหนึ่งได้

 3.2 ค่าสมัครเข้าร่วมงานทั้ง 2 เมือง จำนวน 20,000 บาทต่อ 1 คน ต่อ 1 หน่วยงาน

3.2.1 บริษัท Toto Booking จะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในการรับชำระค่าสมัคร ผู้ประกอบการที่ได้รับคัดเลือกทั้ง 40 บริษัทจะได้รับแจ้งรายละเอียดช่องทางการชำระเงินผ่านทาง Email  

3.2.2 ผู้ประกอบการที่ได้รับคัดเลือกทั้ง 40 บริษัท จะต้องชำระค่าสมัครให้ครบถ้วนภายในวันที่ 7 สิงหาคม 2569** หากเกินกำหนด ททท. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคัดเลือกผู้สมัครที่ได้คะแนนโหวตในลำดับถัดไปขึ้นมาแทน

3.3 ผู้ประกอบการที่ได้รับคัดเลือกและดำเนินการเรื่องการชำระค่าสมัครเรียบร้อย จะต้องเตรียมรางวัลสำหรับกิจกรรม Lucky Draw อย่างน้อย 2 รางวัล (สำหรับพันธมิตรเมืองปูซาน 1 รางวัล และกรุงโซล 1 รางวัล)

·     ⚠️ ไม่มีการคืนเงิน หากมีผู้สมัครแจ้งยกเลิกเดินทางทุกกรณี

- Select "Join Now" (The Button will appear on Thursday 2 July, 2026 at 1.00 p.m.)
