PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM

Section 1.) Seller Qualifications

• A. Thai seller must have a valid business license
• B. Thai seller must have a copy of VAT Registration (Por.Por 20)
• C. Participant must have any sustainable programme in the properties, CSR project, STGs, or receive at least one of these certificates or awards during 2024 to present. For example: 15th Thailand Tourism Awards 2025; CF Hotel, TAT STAR, Travel Life, GSTC, Green Hotel, Green Leaf Hotel, etc.

Section 2.) How to register

1. 1. Log in to your TTM account and select join now. Please make sure that the contact person is correct. 
2. 2. After joining the event, kindly send the mentioned documents (A, B, C) via email:  [email protected]. Please be informed that applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Kindly send the required documents via email. However, you will need to join the TTM website first.
3. 3. Once the documents have been sent to [email protected] and have been verified by TAT staff, you will receive the email confirmation, followed by the details of payment. To secure your place, you will have 5 working days to process the payment. If you fail to do so, we will consider the next application.
4. 4. Once the payment has been made, kindly send the evidence of payment via email: [email protected].
5. 5. The application fee is 45,000 Thai Baht for 1 company with 2 participants.
6. 6. The event can accommodate 20 companies.
7. 7. The invitation letter for applying for a visa will be issued by the end of July 2026. Should there be any changes to participant's name, please notify us no later than 12.00 hrs. on Friday, 24^th July 2026.
8. 8. Non-refundable for any cancellation.
