Seller’s Qualifications

1. Participants must hold a valid business license (DBD and PP20 are required)

2. Participants must operate a sustainable management program or have received at least one sustainability-related certifications or awards during 2024-Present for example: CF-Hotels, TAT STAR Program, Green Hotel, Green Leaf Hotel, No Single Used Plastic Hotel, Thailand Tourism Awards, etc. If you have not received any sustainability certification or award, please submit evidence of sustainable practices within your company in a pdf format instead.

3. The documents specified in items 1 and 2 must be submitted to [email protected] only after you received an email notification confirming your status as "On the List"

Important: Due to the limited number of available slots, applicants are strongly encouraged to prepare all required documents in advance to ensure a smooth registration process.

How to Register

1. Login to your Thai Travel Mart account.

2. Go to the "Event" page.

3. Select "Amazing Thailand Roadshow to Australia 2026."

4. Click "Join Now" (The Button will be available from Friday, 24 July 2026, 10.00 AM (GMT+7).)

5. Wait for the application status email from TAT.

6. If your status is “On the List,” Submit all required documents to [email protected].

7. Once your documents have been verified, TAT will send you an invoice and payment instructions by email. Please do not make any payment before receiving the invoice.

8. After completing the payment, send proof of payment to [email protected], together with your preferred method of receiving the official receipt.

9. Once your payment has been verified by TAT Finance Department, you will receive a confirmation email and be invited to join the official LINE Group for further event coordination.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment

Please do not make any payment unless you have received an official invoice and payment instructions from the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).

All confirmed registrations are final and non-refundable.

2. Registration Date

Friday, 24 July 2026 at 10:00 am. (GMT+7)

3. Registration Policy

Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

The registration is considered complete only after:

• All required documents have been verified; and
• The application fee has been successfully paid.

4. Registration Quota

The Amazing Thailand Roadshow to Australia 2026 is jointly organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and the Thai Hotels Association Southern Chapter.

The event will accommodate 35 companies in total.

The registration quota will be divided between two organizations, with 15 company slots available through TAT.

Each registered company will receive 1 business table with two seats.

Table sharing is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in disqualification and blacklisting from future TAT events.

5. Application Fee

THB 40,000 per company

The fee includes participation for up to two representatives.

Companies that received the 15^th Thailand Tourism Awards 2025 are entitled to a 50% discount on the registration fee. (This offer is applicable only for the first two registered participants, on a first-come, first-serves basis).

All participants are required to attend the Roadshow in both Sydney and Melbourne

6. Additional information

Visa Preparation

To facilitate visa processing and publication preparation, company names and participant names cannot be changed after 7 August 2026. TAT will not be provide visa facilitation or other administrative support for any changes made after this deadline.

Travel Expenses

Participants are responsible for all travel-related expenses, including Airfare, Accommodation, Transportation, Visa fees, Travel insurance, and Other personal expenses.

Liability

TAT shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, or medical expense incurred before, during, or after the event.

Data Privacy

All information submitted through https://www.thaitravelmart.com/ and email: [email protected] will be kept confidential and used solely for internal purposes.

Table Sharing Policy

Sharing, subleasing, or transferring all or part of allocated table to another company is strictly prohibited.

If such activity is found, TAT reserves the right to cancel the allocated space immediately and will suspend all involved companies from participating in TAT events for 1 year.

7. Application Status

After submitting your application, you will receive an email acknowledging that your application has been received. Please Do Not make any payment at this stage.

• If your status is “On the List,” an invoice and payment instructions will be sent to you.
• If your status is “Waiting List,” your application will remain on hold until a confirmed applicant fails to complete the payment within the specified deadline.

Failure to complete the payment within the designated period may result in your slot being offered to the next applicant on the waiting list.

8. Confirmation Status

Your registration will be confirmed only after the payment has been received and proof of payment has been verified by TAT.

If your status remains Pending or Waiting List, please wait for further notification from TAT.

9. General conditions

TAT reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions or close the registration without prior notice.

All registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including visa refusal, travel cancellation, or force majeure.
