IGTM is one of the world's leading B2B golf tourism trade events, bringing together golf travel buyers, tour operators, golf courses, golf resorts, hotels, DMCs, and international media from across the globe. The event provides an excellent opportunity for Thai golf tourism businesses to establish new business partnerships, strengthen existing relationships, and promote Thailand as a world-class golf tourism destination through pre-scheduled business appointments.

Seller Qualifications

Applicants must operate a business related to golf tourism in Thailand and hold a valid business license relevant to their business category.

Required Documents

Please prepare the following documents for your application:

1. 1. A copy of a valid business license relevant to your business category:
• Golf Courses: Operating License for Golf Course or Driving Range (Form AorPor.2) issued by the Department of Provincial Administration.
• Hotels: Hotel License.
• DMCs: TAT License for DMC.

6. 1. IGTM 2026 can accommodate up to 8 Thai sellers.
7. 2. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to complete documentation and payment.
8. 3. Participation is limited to one company with a maximum of one delegate.
9. 4. Applicants must be able to participate throughout the event. Otherwise, TAT reserves the right to reject the application.
10. 5. The application fee is non-refundable once payment has been completed.
11. 6. Sharing one business appointment table between two or more organizations is strictly prohibited.
12. 7. The application will only be considered complete after all required documents have been submitted and the application fee has been paid.

How to Register

2. 2. Submit all required information and supporting documents through the online application form.
   
3. 3. TAT will review your application and supporting documents.
4. 4. Once your application has been approved, TAT will send the bill payment by email.
5. 5. Please complete the payment within 5 working days after receiving the bill payment. Failure to make payment within the specified period will result in the cancellation of your application, and TAT reserves the right to offer the available slot to the next eligible applicant without prior notice.
6. 6. After payment, please submit proof of payment according to the instructions provided by TAT to confirm your participation.

Application Fee

THB 35,000 per company
Maximum of one delegate per company

Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.

Event Timeline

• 1. Registration opens: Thursday, 13 August 2026, from 10.00 hrs. onwards until all spaces are fully booked.
• 2. Bill payment will be sent after the application and supporting documents have been approved.
• 3. Payment must be completed within 5 working days after receiving the payment instructions.
• 4. Event dates: 19–22 October 2026
