PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM

Sellers qualification:

1. 1.       Thai seller must have a valid business license
2. 2.      Thai seller must have a copy of VAT Registration (Por.Por 20)
3. 3.      Participant must have any sustainable programme in the properties, CSR project, STGs, or receive at least one of these certificates or awards during 2024 to present. For example: 14-15th Thailand Tourism Awards 2023-2025; CF Hotel, TAT STAR, Travel Life, GSTC, Green Hotel, Green Leaf Hotel, etc.

Application Conditions:

1. This event can accommodate 22 companies, allocated as follows:

 -DMCs: 13 companies

-Hotels, Attraction & Others: 9 companies

2. Application for Thai Sellers is available on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment.

3. No refund for any cancellation (including any cause of travel rejection) after the payment has been done.

4. The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.

How to register:

1. All sections of this application form must be completed.

(Login to your TTVM account and select “Join Now”)

 2. Kindly send us all required supporting documents to [email protected] right after registration on the website.

 3. Once the documents have been sent to [email protected] and got verified by TAT staff, you will be receiving the payment details via email. 

 4. Please make the payment within the 5 working days after received bill payment. Otherwise, TAT reserves the right to consider the next applicant without prior notice.

5. Once payment has been completed, kindly submit evidence of payment to confirm your participation.

6. Successful applicants will receive an official confirmation email from TAT.

Application Fee:  THB 60,000 for one company/ maximum of 2 delegates

Companies that received the 14-15th Thailand Tourism Awards 2023-2025 are entitled to a 50% discount on the registration fee.

Event Timeline:

1. 1. Registration period: Friday 11 September 2026, 10:00 hrs. until fully booked.
2. 2. Payment details will be sent to you after your evidences are approved.
3. 3. The payment deadline is within 5 working days after you have received an email from TAT.
4. 4. No change of delegates’ name after Tuesday 10 November 2026.
