PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM.

Section 1. Seller Qualifications

A. A Thai seller must have a valid business license.

B. The Thai seller must have a copy of VAT Registration (Por.Por 20)

C. Participants must have any sustainable programme in the properties, CSR project, STGs, or receive at least one of these certificates or awards to present. For example: 15th Thailand Tourism Awards 2025; CF Hotel, valid TAT STAR, Travel Life, GSTC, Green Hotel, Green Leaf Hotel, etc.

Section 2. How to register

1. Log in to your TTM account and select join now. Please make sure that the contact person is correct.

2. After joining the event, kindly send the mentioned documents (A, B, C) via email: [email protected]. Please be informed that applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Kindly send the required documents via email. However, you will need to join the TTM website first.

3. Once the documents have been sent to [email protected] and have been verified by TAT staff, you will receive the email confirmation, followed by the dedicated bill payment. To secure your place, you will have 5 working days to process the payment. If you fail to do so, we will consider the next application.

4. Once the payment has been made, kindly send the evidence of payment via email: [email protected].

5. The application fee is 30,000 Thai Baht for 1 company with 2 participants.

6. This event can accommodate 25 companies, allocated as follows:

                 - Hotels, Attractions & Others: 15 companies

    -DMCs: 10 companies

7. The invitation letter for applying for a visa will be issued by the end of September 2026. Should there be any changes to the participant's name, please notify us no later than 12.00 hrs. on Friday, 30th September 2026.

8. Non-refundable for any cancellation.

We strongly advise against reserving a spot without the intention to participate, as this may cause unnecessary delays. Your cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated.
