PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.

Seller Qualifications

To be eligible to participate, applicants must meet all of the following qualifications:

A.) Valid Business Licence

Participants must hold a valid and authorised business licence, such as ร.ร. 2 (for hotels) or the relevant DMC business licence.

Please note that DBD registration and PP.20 are not accepted as business licences for this purpose.

B.) Sustainable Tourism Practices / Certification
Participants must have implemented at least one sustainable programme, CSR project, or Sustainable Tourism Goals (STGs) initiative within their property/company, or have received at least one relevant sustainability certificate or award from 2023 to the present.

Applicants must provide supporting evidence of the above qualifications for verification by TAT.

Application Conditions

1. The event can accommodate 50 companies.

2. Applications for Thai Sellers will open on Monday, 21 September 2026, from 10:00 hrs. (GMT+7) onwards, on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the date and time of payment.

Due to limited space and the preparation time required for the event, TAT reserves the right to close the application once the maximum capacity has been reached, without prior notice.

3. The application fee is THB 10,000 per company, with a maximum of 1 participant per company.

4. TAT reserves the right to amend or change any terms and conditions without prior notice.

How to Register

1. Log in to your TTM account and select “Join Now.”
Please ensure that the contact person’s information is correct and up to date.

2. After clicking “Join Now,” please wait for an email from the TAT team with instructuions to upload the required supporting documents. The email will be sent to you by the end of the day. 

Once the documents have been submitted and verified by TAT staff, you will receive an email requesting additional company details and a copy of your VAT Registration Certificate (PP.20), which will be used to issue the Bill Payment.

3. The Bill Payment will be sent to your registered email address.

4. Once the application fee has been paid, please submit the payment confirmation/proof of payment to TAT via the link provided in the payment instruction email.

5. Applications are strictly processed on a first-come, first-served basis and will only be considered complete once the application fee has been successfully paid.

Application Fee

THB 10,000 per company / maximum of one (1) delegate

The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.

Event Timeline
