PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM

APPLICATION FEE:  THB 20,000 for one company/maximum of 2 delegates.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS FOR THAI SELLER

         I.  Participant must have a valid authorized business license. (DBD and PP20 are ineligible)

       II.  All sections of this application form must be completed.
(Login to your TTVM account, choose the event and select “Join Now” on the event page)

      III.  All participants must be able to attend the event in Tokyo and Osaka.

     IV.  The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid. 

      V.  Change of exhibitor’s name is prohibited after Friday 5 July, 2024.

    VI.  The event will be able to accommodate up to 20 companies.

  VII.  The application deadline is on Thursday 20 June, 2024. TAT reserves the right to end the application process when the spaces are fully booked.

  VIII.  The application fee is Non-Refundable for any cancellation. (Including any cause of travel rejection.)

    IX.  All participants will travel at their own expense (air ticket, accommodation, transportation, etc.)

      X.  Participants who received awards at the 14th Thailand Tourism Awards will receive a 50% discount on the application fee: THB 10,000/company.

    XI.  Participants who request for a Japanese interpreter will need to pay an additional fee at their own expense. (Approximately 25,000-30,000 Japanese Yen for Tokyo and 15,000 Japanese Yen for Osaka)

Which occurs from COVID-19 or any infection diseases, or any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance or incidental accidents.
