Opening date for registration  

** 19 November 2024 at 10:00 am. **

1. Participant must have a valid authorized business license. (DBD and PP20 are required)

2. Participant must have any sustainable management program in the properties, CSR project, or received at least one of these certificates or awards during 2020-Present for example: CF-Hotels, TAT STAR Program, Green Hotel, Green Leaf Hotel, No Single Used Plastic Hotel, Thailand Tourism Awards, etc. Please submit relevant evidence when signing up for the event.

* For other type of companies, please kindly submit the report of sustainable practices of your business (photos and explanations). 

* Please submit the mentioned documents at [email protected] once you have received the email saying that you are "On the List"

  CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS  

  1. Please do not make any payment  

If you have not received an official confirmation e-mail from our Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) staff with the invoice asking for the payment.

ALL CONFIRMATIONS ARE NOT CHANGEABLE NOR REFUNDABLE.

  2. Opening date for registration  

** Tuesday 19 November, 2024 at 10:00 am. **

  3. Registration rules and regulation  

The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid. 

  4. Number of seats/slots available  

For the SATTE 2025, the reserved space for the Thailand Stand will be able to accommodate 35 companies.

**The application fee includes one table and 2 badges access**

** Please kindly note that sharing table is prohibited and will result in blacklisting from any TAT events.

  5. Application Fee  

Application Fee is   45,000 THB ** per company with maximum of two (2) participants for each company.**

  6. Additional notice  

Regarding the preparation of the TAT publication, visa application,

THE PARTICIPANT’S NAME AND COMPANY CAN NOT BE CHANGED AFTER THE 31 December 2024.

All participants will travel at their own expense (Air ticket, Accommodation, Transportation, VISA, etc.)

*TAT does not assume, and expressly disclaims, any liability, direct or indirect, to you or any person, for your health and wellness, which occurs, or any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance or unexpected accidents. We disclaim any responsibilities for diagnosis and medical care expenses or any expenses for health treatments. 

Please be informed that all information provided on the https://www.thaitravelmart.com/ will be treated confidentially and used for internal reference only.

* Please be aware that if we find the participant sharing the table with one or more companies, we would like to inform you that was part of the conditions’ violation. Please note that the company that owns the table and the other that accepts to lease some or the whole part of it, TAT reserves the right to cancel the allocated spaces and reject their applications on any website for 1 (one) year.

  7. Submission  

After applying, you will receive a PENDING STATUS e-mail notification. Please DO NOT pay the payment just yet 

·      If your status is “On the List” the invoice asking for payment will be sent to you

·      If your status is “Waiting List” you will have to wait until someone on the list couldn’t make the payment within the given timeline.

Please follow the instruction strictly, otherwise, your reserved space will be transferred to the next applicant who is on the waiting list.

  8. Status confirmation  

Your status will be approved as CONFIRMED once the application fee is paid, along with proof of payment. Unless your status is WAITING, please understand that your request is under consideration, or the space is fully booked. Please wait until you have received an e-mail notification from TAT.

  9. Additional registration conditions  

TAT reserves the right to change any conditions and close the application without prior notice.
