Amazing Thailand Pre-ITB Roadshow 2025

The online application will open for registration starting
Tuesday 3 December, 2024, from 11.00 Hrs. onwards.
The application fee is 50,000 Thai Baht.

Eligible participants must have these 2 following documents:

A.) Participant must have a valid authorised business license.
B.) Participant must have any sustainable programme in the properties, CSR project, STGs, or receive at least of these certificates or awards during 2022 to presents. For example; Green Hotel, Green Leaf Hotel, No single used plastic hotel, or Thailand Tourism awards from 2022 to presents.

Application Conditions :
1. This event has the capacity to accommodate up to 25 companies. organised into two distinct groups.
        1.1) The first group includes 15 companies from ITB. Eligibility for automatic pre- ITB application is reserved for those who complete payment first.
       1.2) The second group comprises any 10 interested companies from Thailand that wish to participate in the Amazing Thailand Pre-ITB 2025.

2. Application for Thai Sellers is available from Tuesday, 3rd December 2024 on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment. Due to the space and time limit for all preparation, TAT has the right to end the application whether the space is fully booked without prior notice.

 3. The Application Fee is 50,000 THB for 1 Table /1 Organization / 2 Persons (Maximum). Kindly ensure that all companies participate in the events held in both Antwerp, Belgium and Nice, France.

4. No refund for any cancellation (including any cause of travel rejection) after the payment has been done.

5. Regarding to the preparation, NO CHANGE OF PARTICIPANT’S NAME OR COMPANY AFTER FRIDAY 31st JANUARY 2025.

How to register:

1. All sections of this application form must be completed. (Login to your Thai Travel Mart account and select “Join Now”).Please ensure that the email and contact person's information is correct, as TAT will use this email for all communications.

2. After joining the event, kindly send the specified documents (A, B, ) via email to: [email protected]. Please be informed that submission is on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the order in which the documents are received via email. However, prior to this, you must register on the TTM website.

3. Once the documents have been sent to [email protected] and verified by TAT staff, you will receive payment details. To secure your place, please ensure payment is processed within 5 working days. Failure to do so will result in us considering the next application.

4. Once the payment has been made, kindly send the evidence of payment via email : [email protected].

The application is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.
