'Amazing Romance Month' Campaign (February 2025)

How to Register:

1.      Click "Join Now"
Visit the thaitravelmart.com website, Log in to your account, and click the "Join Now" button to secure your time stamp.

2.      Submit Documents
After registration, TAT will send you a link to upload your special privileges offer, business license, and other required documents using the email you registered on the TTVM website.

3.      Approval and Confirmation
Once TAT has reviewed and approved your documents, you will receive a confirmation email to participate in the trade meet event.

Overview of the Trade Meet on 21 FEB 2025 at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok from 13.00-17.30 Hrs.

TAT will invite approximately 52 agents from a wide range of global markets, including:

·      The Americas: USA and Canada

·      Latin America: Chile, Argentina, and others

·      Europe: UK, Sweden, Germany, Italy, and Czech Republic

·      The Middle East: GCC countries and Jordan

·      Asia and Oceania: China, Korea, Japan, and Australia

Meanwhile, TAT will select 70 Thai suppliers to participate in this event, making a total of 70 agents from various categories (Maximum 1 delegate/company): 

·      Accommodation: 30 agents

·      DMC/Wedding Planners: 20 agents

·      Attractions and Others: 20 agents

Participation Requirements:

1.     Special Privileges: Partners must contribute vouchers, discounts, or special privileges worth at least 50,000 THB, which will be used as rewards for couples booking packages.

2.     Validity: The privileges must be available starting from February 2025 and remain valid until 28 February 2026. Any blackout dates must be clearly specified.

3.     Participation in Events: Participants must offer and promote romance and couple packages specifically designed for this campaign. These packages should cater to couples and include romantic experiences, such as honeymoon or anniversary specials, customized couple tours, wedding planning services, or other romantic-themed offerings. 

If selected, your offers will be featured during the "Romantic Moments in Amazing Thailand" event on February 21, 2025, in Bangkok. And TAT will prioritize selecting partners based on the timing of their registration. However, TAT reserves the right to choose partners based on the suitability of their offers for travel agents.

4.     For Non-Selected Partners: If you are not chosen to participate in the event on February 21, 2025, you will be invited to join other events:

o   Press Conference: "Romantic Moments in Amazing Thailand" on February 1, 2025, at 10.00 hrs. at Novotel Suvarnabhumi.

o   Networking Dinner: On February 21, 2025, from 17.30-21.00 Hrs. at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok.

Business License Requirements:

- Companies must have a valid business license (e.g., ร.ร. 2 for hotels or TAT licenses for DMC).
- The company must also hold sustainable certifications and awards, including the Thailand Tourism Awards (2023), TAT Star, CF Hotels, Travel Life, Green Hotel, Green Leaf Hotel, or eco-friendly certifications (e.g., no single-use plastics).

Participant Conditions for Hotels and DMCs:

- Hotels: Must be legally registered with a valid hotel license (e.g., ร.ร. 2) and meet the necessary requirements to operate as a licensed accommodation provider in Thailand.
- DMCs: Must have a valid TAT license for operating as a Destination Management Company (DMC) and fulfill all regulatory requirements for tourism-related services.

Application Period:

- Applications must be submitted between January 14 and January 21, 2025.
