Tourism EXPO Japan is the largest and the most comprehensive travel trade event in Japan, gathering key players from the world’s tourism industry and travel-related business fields. This event offers a fusion of opportunities, ranging from business meetings, insight sharing, discussions, and direct business-to-business and business-to-customer promotions.

Eligible participants must have the 3 following documents:

A.) Participants must have a valid authorized business license.

B.) Participants must have any sustainable program in the properties, CSR project, or STGs, or receive at least one of these certificates or awards from 2018 to the present. For example; Green Hotel, Green Leaf Hotel, No Single Used Plastic Hotel, and Thailand Tourism awards from 2019 to present.

C.)Participants who received awards at the 14th Thailand Tourism Awards will receive a 50% discount on the application fee: THB 10,000/company.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM

1. Log in to your TTVM account and select “Join now”. Please make sure that the contact person is correct. 

2.  After joining the event, kindly send the mentioned documents (A,B,C) via email to [email protected]

3. Once the documents have been sent to [email protected] and verified by TAT staff, you will receive the details of payment. To secure your place, you will have 7 working days to process the payment. If you fail to do so, we will consider the next application. Do not transfer the application fee without a confirmation from TAT.

4. The application fee is 20,000 Thai Baht per company with two (2) participants. 
** For those who need a Japanese translator, there will be an additional cost.

5. The event can accommodate only 10 companies.

6. The application deadline is on 12 ^th July, 2024. However, TAT reserves the right to end the application process when the space is fully booked (The application is first-come-first-served by payment).
