PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING APPLICATION FORM

Sellers qualification:

- Participants can choose to join the event in only Taipei, Taiwan or Hong Kong, or both (2) cities.  

- The company valid business license. (DBD and PP20 are ineligible)

CONDITIONS:

1. This event can accommodate only 30 companies. (HK 30 companies. /Taipei, Taiwan 30 companies.) There will be divided into 2 categories as follows

                - 25 companies from Other Destination and DMC.

                - 5 companies which newly established from 2021 onward.

2. The application is available from Monday 22 January 2024 and strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis based on payment.

3. The application deadline is on Friday 16 February, 2024. However, TAT reserves the right to end the application process when the space is fully booked.

4. One Participant from each company only.

5. The exhibitor's name will not be allowed to change after Friday 1 March, 2024.

6. Please note that the provided information will be treated as confidential and is used for internal reference ONLY.

7. Please also note that the event details and all useful information will be sent after the application is closed.

How to register:

1. All sections of this application form must be completed.

(Login to your Thai travel mart account and select “Join Now”)

2. Kindly send us the mentioned pieces of evidence to [email protected]

Once the documents have been sent to [email protected] and got verified by TAT staff, you will be receiving the payment detail via email. Do not transfer the application fee without a confirmation from TAT.

3.  Once the documents have been verified, you will be receiving the detail of payment. You will have 7 working days to process the payment after receiving the payment email. If you fail to do so, we will consider the next application.

4. Once you have paid the application fee, please submit evidence of payment to TAT by email via [email protected], and also please enclose your company TAX ID and address to issue receipt.

5. The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid.

APPLICATION FEE:

**The application fee for general public: 

- For 1 City (Taipei, Taiwan or Hong Kong) THB 10,000 / organization

- For both Taipei, Taiwan and Hong Kong THB 20,000 / organization

**The application fee for the Thailand Tourism Awards Winner 2023:  

- For 1 City (Taipei, Taiwan or Hong Kong) THB 5,000 / organization

- For both Taipei, Taiwan and Hong Kong THB 10,000 / organization

*Non-refundable for any cancellation. (Including any cause of travel rejection)
